You need to learn how to maintain keyword content before your website creation, why? You need to know how to get your website indexed and ranked on Google before you begin.
There are two meanings I need you to understand.
- Learn How to Get Indexed
- Learn How to Get Ranked
Table of Contents
Learning How to Get Indexed
Primarily the hardest thing to learn is here in lesson number three, moreover, it’s going to explain to you the importance of getting indexed. Content lets you focus your authority around just one or two topics (and relevant subtopics).
Google sorts out its algorithms to organise every website on the internet. This is the reason for original, well-written, organized content. If you write great content the Google algorithms will figure out what you’re all about and you’ll earn the rankings you deserve.
Maintain Keyword Content for Getting Indexed
Using niche keywords increases the degree to which your audience sees your business as authentic. Your future as a great writer starts right here because you’re almost ready to build your business. Making your page appear on search engine search results is called indexing.
Indexing provides a reference list of files by names, subject, and date. When search engines identify the proper filing of documents it becomes indexed. This works both external to the web and in the virtual world. Proper website indexing allows search engines to see all your important pages and gives your site a major boost.
There is no rush to start website construction yet, moreover, it’s because we need to spend time learning before we start. Did you know the internet has bots crawling and tracking content? Indexing is the organization of information that occurs after crawling which allows pages to be seen on search engines.
If you want to start writing, go ahead. It’s good to practice, however, continue reading until you have completed the training.
How to Rank for Search Engine Success
When you maintain keyword content you become familiar with it. Ranking in Google takes time and effort, above all knowledge. An increase in SERP (search engine results page) rankings not only boosts your business’s ability to generate traffic and leads it determines how much traffic you get for sales.
A secure and accessible website with great navigation allows Google to process your ranking fairly. You may find it hard at the beginning, however, as you learn how to write content the easier it becomes.
Page Speed (Including Mobile Page Speed) for both PC and Mobiles is extremely important. If you choose the right theme, you should be fine. Pay attention to image compression which is free from where I mentor and get my training, moreover, it comes free with WordPress.
Choose a domain name that outlines what your website is about. Branding is important to distinguish what the website sells or which demographics it teaches. The age of your domain name often means it could take a while to rank along with your content of authority.
Gutenberg, the WordPress Editor
Gutenberg, the WordPress Editor is second to none when you want to create flash pages or posts on your website. This is where AIO allows you to create a page or post with notes about how you can improve keywords in real-time. That’s right it shows you as you type where to improve.
Maintain Keyword Content – 20-Step Affiliate Training
It’s now time to venture into keywords from where I’m going to give you an example of how it works. Knowledge of both indexing and ranking is vital hence I wrote about it here. I’m going to explain to you about setting up your keywords with SEO/AIO.
Setting Up AIO Using Gutenburg WP Editor
When you log onto your Worpress dashboard you’ll see posts and pages from where you will build your content. You need to go to plugins down at the bottom of the dashboard and click on add new plugin and enter in All-IN-One SEO.
Once you have done this and activated it, then it should be on the right-hand side of your post and page block editor from where you will create content. There is a score on the upper right from 0/100 with perfection been 100/100

Before worrying, make sure you have done a keyword search for your post or page title and run it through a keyword tool. This will determine three things: AVG (Average Amount of Searches Per Month) Traffic, (Average Amount of Traffic if You Get Number One on Google). Finally QSR (Quoted Search Results (Number of Competing Websites for the same keywords.

Once you have found a keyword (s) for your post or page you can then start to add this information into the Focus keyphrase interface in AIO. As mentioned this is on the right-hand side of your page or post block editor.

As you can see I am working backwards by using this system because I placed the keywords first. Take a look at what I did using the edit snippet interface for my keywords.

As you can see I’ve added my SEO title at the top, the post title and the meta description which gave me a perfect score of 100/100. Be sure to save at this point to get the live score right away. Remember to add your info the way I have done it to rank on Google.
Next, We Are Working On The Content
I’m now going to show you the various choices AIO gives you as you work on the content of your posts and pages.

As you can see in image number three on the right to score 94/100 I need to improve two fundamental SEO problems. I did this and then after (not shown) I reached 100/100 for my work. This technique will allow you to write and learn SEO and keyword implementation at the same time.
In the centre image, I had to add internal and external links for me to reach a score of 100/100. The first image tells me I have a perfect focus keyword phrase of 100/100. That’s why I always add the keyphrase first to make sure when I am writing I am doing it correctly.
As a refresher, a Meta Description is a 160-character (or 20-25 word) description of what your page is all about. This description is what shows up under a page name and URL when people search for a keyword phrase on search engines.

As you can see by the preview snippet editor a few images above I entered the keyword (s) into the meta description first. This gives me an indication if my keywords have been entered correctly. Yes you have to work backwards on this system, however, it improves your keyword awareness 100%
What are the Best Plugins to Use for Keywords and Editing?
If you want to improve as you write AIO wins the race. Choose block editor over Elementor because it saves a lot of time. I have been using Elementor, however, the AIO improvement score is only available at the end of writing a blog or post.
Once a score is available at the end you have to go through the post or page from start to finish. I find this very time-consuming. The lesson here is to download both Gutenberg, the WordPress Editor and AIO and work both tools together.
Where to Place Keywords
This is one of the most basic ways to add keywords for SEO, but it’s often overlooked. The meta description acts as a simple summary to describe what the content is about, so placing the keyword in this summary helps Google to better filter your results.
The meta description is the content under the search engine URLs that displays your website. It describes what a page or post is all about. I consider this one of the most important lessons for implementing keywords.
You can read the meta description of this website below and understand that it reads exactly what the customer gets. This is ideal to learn quickly what a website is all about. As a refresher, a Meta Description is a 160-character (or 20-25 word) description of what your page is all about.

Insert Keywords in Your SEO Title Tag
This is not the front page SEO tag it’s the SEO title tag you use for your posts and pages. This also requires the keywords from your meta description. These are the keywords that will see you rank on Google if implemented correctly.

As you can see from the image above I’ve added the meta description keywords and also added the same keywords to my SEO Title. This tells Google what my website is all about and what it offers online.
Use Keywords Within the First 200 Words
Google says that the first 100 – 200 words of an article, post or page are the most important. Your audience will leave your page if they are not engaged. The message here is to dip straight into the main reason for the website, moreover, be authoritative.
This is the main reason keywords are suitable in titles and meta descriptions because they stand out. A customer will read the title first and then read the post which has keywords strategically placed. Don’t throw too many keywords into your content. Flooding a page or post with keywords doesn’t rank in Google quite the opposite.
How Many Keywords Should You Put in Your Content?
Realistically speaking it makes no sense to flood your content with keywords. It’s said by Google that you need around one keyword for every 100-150 words. I know what you’re thinking that it’s surely more than that. To maintain keyword content and keep it flowing naturally brings results.
As I mentioned it’s more about strategically placing keywords in the right place. It will become second nature to you once you have written about 20 posts using AIO with a block editor. I sometimes forget to read my AIO score and still score 100/100.
Maybe it’s time for me to trust writing without the aid of an SEO plugin, however, the truth is I enjoy seeing 100/100 for every single page I write. It gives me energy and motivation and above all proves I am well trained to write content for others.
Try to include your primary keyword again near the last or second-to-last paragraph and include a secondary keyword if possible. It’s said by Google the conclusion is as important as the introduction and gives the reason.
Use Keywords in Headings (H1s, H2s, H3s, etc)
Headings are important with the inclusion of keywords. AIO tells you when you need to create a heading with your keywords to create a higher score. One of the crazy things that baffled me for ages was AIO kept asking me to add keywords to my header which I did.
After doing some research and reading other posts I figured out I had only implemented keywords into my H1 and not into H2. I created a new title with my keywords as H2 and boom! 100/100 was achieved right at the end of my post.
The AIO Dashboard, A Place for Improvements
Once you have chosen your SEO/AIO plugin you can navigate to the AIO dashboard from where you see your website’s overall health check. The health check says once your website matures and you have mastered AIO your website’s health check will be excellent.
I’ve added an image below that shows the overall score and a post score from a new website I am building. I tend not to rely on this as much until my website has around 20 posts. The score is always low before adding content as I’m sure you understand.
The better your keyword implementation and content the higher the score so check in each time you write a page, post or article.

You can toggle the first image and choose posts, pages, forums, topics or replies. From here you get a grade of very good, good to needs improvements. As I mentioned check in to the AIO dashboard each time you create content to see your score.
